Schellie Fanfan, LMHC, MS, EdS is a Florida State Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is the Co-Owner and Mental Health Services Director of Harmony Mental Health and Behavioral Services. Schellie has over 15 years of experience in the field and over 17 years of experience with providing behavior modification services. She is a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a proud graduate of Florida State University where she earned two Master of Arts degrees in Human Services and Studies in addition to Mental Health Counseling.
While loving every aspect of her job as a change agent in the earth, Schellie has a special passion for playing a part in enhancing the self-esteem and increasing the motivation levels of all who she encounters. Schellie embraces a holistic approach to wellness due to her knowledge that wellness can be measured by the balance in one’s emotional, physical, spiritual, occupational, social, intellectual and financial aspects of one’s life.

Schellie Fanfan is the proud daughter of two Haitian parents, the wife of an African entrepreneur and the mother of two beautiful children. She speaks four languages including English, Spanish, conversational French and Creole. Her most used wellness tools are worshipping at church, spending time with her children and dancing. Schellie considers herself committed and loyal to the individuals she partners with on their quest to obtaining the highest level of mental health and emotional functioning. Overall, Schellie Fanfan is a well experienced and equipped Florida State Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has committed her life to those who make a conscious decision and effort to effect positive change and achieve amazing wellness in their lives.

Robin Williams

Robin Williams, MS, BCBACo-Owner
Robin earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida in 1998 and continued her education and Florida State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Exceptional Education with a Specialization in Early Childhood Education. During these years she also pursued certification as a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst in 1998 under Dr. Patrick McGreevy and then a Board Certified Behavior Analyst through the program at Florida Institute of Technology with Dr. Jose Martinez-Diaz. She has over 15 years experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities, including those with autism spectrum disorders. Robin began her career at a residential group home for persons with developmental disabilities and severe problem behavior. She has also worked as a Behavior Analyst with a variety of agencies and schools throughout the state of Florida facilitating the treatment of both children and adults. Robin’s specialties include: Staff Training and Development, Development of “family-friendly” Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Support Plans, and parent training in interventions and treatment based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Cherrelle joined Harmony Mental Health and Behavioral Services in in 2010 where she began to use her organizational skills to effectively manage Harmony’s Administrative Office. She currently serves as the Office Manager and the primary point of contact for all new referrals. Cherrelle is currently a student at Seminole State College where she is pursuing her RN Degree. Her interests include baking, reading and traveling.

Cherrelle Davis-

Kiera is currently a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern working at Harmony Mental Health and Behavioral Services. She received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Sociology from Stetson University in Deland, Florida. Kiera has extensive experience working with the severe and persistently mentally ill population, providing intense psychotherapeutic services in the clinic and community settings. Throughout her professional career, Kiera has been given the opportunity to be an active member of the Osceola County Mental Health Advisory Board and to participate on the Florida Counseling Association’s Ethical Violation Board. In addition, she has received training in Trauma Informed Care, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Suicide Prevention, Co-occurring Disorders and Baker Act Training. Finally, she is currently an active member of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, The American Mental Health Counselors Association, The American Counseling Association, The National Association of Professional Women, Specialist in Group Work and Chi Sigma Iota.

While providing an array of mental health counseling and other psychotherapeutic services to persons and families served by Harmony Mental Health and Behavioral Services, she is also the Assistant Program Director for a reputable mental health agency located in Kissimmee, Florida where she has received extensive experience in the areas of substance abuse in dually diagnosed adults. Her expertise in the areas of social services, group counseling, individual counseling, behavior modification, substance abuse, personality disorders and more; equips her to work on Harmony’s interdisciplinary team where passion and excellence is required.
